He was previously married to a woman named Kathy, with whom he had four children. The marriage ended in divorce, but they remained friends. Kathy died of cancer on September 1, 2007.
Vito's longtime girlfriend is wrestling personality, and model Noel Harlow. The occasionally work together in the US, where she is billed as "Lil Noel" as a play on his "Big Vito" name. Vito and Noel announced via their joint Twitter account,their engagement February 11, 2011. Wedding is scheduled for the near future.
