Villa Duchesne sports include Field Hockey, Volleyball, Tennis, Softball, Lacrosse, Soccer, Golf, Basketball, Swim and Dive, Racquetball, Cross Country, Track and Field. In 2010, Villa Duchesne won the title of Golf State Champions. Villa Duchesne is also well known for her field hockey program and the St. Joe vs. Villa Duchesne field hockey game is a popular rivalry game.
While Villa's official mascot is a "Saint", it is not uncommon to see the unofficial mascot, the Squirrel, at home games and meets.
