- 1983: Videoland Inc. is established
- 1989: Programs including "Color Telescope", "Uncle Sun's Stories" and "Dialogue between Wind and Grass" are produced for Chinese Public Television of Broadcasting Development Foundation
- 1991: Co-production with China Television of "Watching Satellite Channels"(收衛星看中視) for broadcast in One World Television Company of Japan
- 1992: Production of the TV program "When Will the Full Moon Come?". Fast Wing Company is set up in cooperation with Golden Entertainment
- 1993: CNN International names Videoland its exclusive agents in Taiwan
- 1994: Videoland becomes agents for the Discovery Channel and the TNT/Cartoon Network
- 1995: The MTV Chinese Channel is re-launched. Videoland Sports wins broadcast rights for Chinese Professional Baseball in its 8th through 10th seasons
- 1996: Videoland TV Network is established with a Movie Channel, Japanese Channel, represented channels and the Lianden Movie Channel
- 1997: First broadcast of Videoland Sports Channel
- 1998: First broadcast of On-TV channel and Videoland Sports News Six drama series are produced and broadcast in cooperation with Hong Kong's China Star Group: "Jue Di Cang Lang", "The Field", "The Happy Monk", "Qiu Ai Qing Yuan", "Lucky General" and "New Heroes of the Marsh"
- 1999: Videoland is named exclusive agents for AXN in Taiwan
- 2000: Lianden Movie Channel is officially renamed Videoland Movie Channel
- 2001: Videoland Japan Channel gains exclusive rights from Fuji-TV to broadcast several popular Japanese trendy dramas. The channel also creates its own program "Very Japan". ON-TV is renamed Videoland General Entertainment Channel and repositioned as a variety channel focusing on in-house programs. Videoland is named Taiwan agent for the Hallmark Channel, produced by the noted Hallmark company of the US, and also enters into cooperation with the Alive Network and Phoenix Info News Channel of Hong Kong. In July the Ta-ti Channel is incorporated into the Videoland channel line-up as the Videoland Drama Channel. Videoland becomes an agent for ESPN and Star Sports in Taiwan. Videoland is certified for ISO 9001 (2000).
- 2002: Videoland is named agent for the Pi-li Satellite Channel
- 2003: Shareholders meeting approves a change in the company name to Videoland Television Network Co., Ltd. Securities and Futures Commission approves the issuance of stock for Videoland Inc. Agency Representation Division is established to develop new talent for the company
- 2004: First broadcast of Videoland Western Movie Channel. Videoland becomes an agent for SUN Satellite TV. Videoland moves into professional sports with the purchase of the BCC Mars basketball team, renamed the Videoland Hunters. Videoland organizes an all-star baseball game between Taiwan and Korea, promoting cultural exchanges as well as the sport of baseball. Videoland Movie Channel enters a new era with the broadcast of the first digital movie produced by Videoland, Bodyguard for a Corpse. Children's Programming Division is established
- 2005: Advertising Sales Section is established to incorporate affiliate Medialand Advertising into the Videoland Television Network organization. Videoland Western Movie Channel is re-positioned as MaxTV.
- 2006: Videoland Kids Channel is launched in January
