Victoria Wells Wulsin
Victoria Elizabeth Wells Wulsin (born October 27, 1953) is a physician and three-time Democratic congressional candidate in the Second District of Ohio (map). She is a resident of Indian Hill, an affluent suburb of Cincinnati.
