Fazio married Judy Kern in 1983, she has two children from a previous marriage, Kevin (1967) and Kristie Kern (1969). He has two children from a previous marriage: Dana (1971) and Anne Fazio (1973–1994). He has three granddaughters Kendra (1991), Karly (2005) and Keira (2008).
