John "Jagger" Cates is a fictional character on the popular ABC soap opera General Hospital. The role was originated on April 8, 1992 by Antonio Sabàto, Jr., who portrayed him until 1994, and again briefly in the fall of 1995. In 2008 Sabato would reprised the role during the second season of General Hospital: Night Shift.
