- 1,500,000 victims and witnesses were referred to the charity for help
- 675,000 were spoken to directly to offer support
- 330,000 were written to offering support
- 225,000 needed help from the charity
- 268,000 witnesses were helped through the experience of going to court
- 68,000 other people such as friends and families of a witness were supported at court
