Belo is knowned for being associated both professionally and personally with many Filipino celebrities and politicians. She was divorced from businessman and NU 107 founder Atom Henares. Film/music video director Quark Henares and Cristalle Henares are her two children. She is the adopted daughter of former Philippine Congressman and official delegate to the 1971 Philippine Constitutional Convention, Attorney Enrique Belo. She was engaged to her longtime boyfriend Hayden Kho in 2011. However, the engagement was called off but the two still remain as good friends.
