Vicente Carrillo Fuentes (born October 16, 1962) is a Mexican drug lord who heads the Juárez Cartel in Mexico, which controls one of the primary transportation routes for billions of dollars worth of illegal drug shipments entering the United States from Mexico annually. He remains among Mexico's most-wanted drug lords to this day.
