The towers are located on the man-made peninsula called the Dubai Maritime City.
Dubai Maritime City is located northwest of the main city centre and creek area business district. The site is connected by a causeway to Dubai proper. Principally located towards the east of Dubai, the project site is situated in close proximity to Jumeirah Beach Road (1 km), Bur Dubai (1.5 km), Shindaga tunnel (Deira) (2.5 km), Sheikh Zayed Road (3 km), and the Dubai International Airport.
