Development
The Village is well developed by the founder president Late. Sri Kapa Pullaiah garu who brought the red- mud roads & connectivity on the four sides to the village. As a gesture of respect by the people of this village to its beloved leader, his statue was inaugurated in the village after his death.
Later on under the leadership of Sri. Bellamkonda Narasimha Rao, the village achieved some progress where the roads turned up into BT roads and village got the facilities like Street Lights, Library, Temples etc. This is the first village in the Thullur mandal to achieve progress in the infrastructure facilities in a short time.
Venkataplem has a cluster of wonderful guiding body in the form of teachers, scholars and philosophers one among them are Mr. Jesdasu garu, he was the elementary school teacher. He gave more suggestions to the poor people how to use the free hostel facilities and education. He is the Mr. perfect. Those members who are motivate by him they are great position now, like a doctor, engineer and C.A.
