- Winner of Delhi University's Gold Medal in ophthalmology, 2004; awarded to the best outgoing resident amongst all medical colleges under Delhi University.
- Winner of LV Prasad Eye Institute's Best Outgoing Fellow Award, 2005.
- Winner of EyeQuest, the official Quiz of AIOS (All India Ophthalmological Conference); 2007, for which she was felicitated by the then President of India, His Excellency Shri A.P.J. Abdul Kalam.
- Dr. Jain is also a reviewer for the Indian Journal of Ophthalmology, the flagship journal of the All India Ophthalmological Society (AIOS).
