Valley is a city steeped in tradition in Chambers County, Alabama, United States. Originally book-ended on the Northern and Southern city limits by twin signs which declared, "Welcome to Valley, Alabama, Where people care and share," the signs no longer stand, but the spirit remains. Valley is an "Alabama Community of Excellence", one of only eight in the state. It is the principal city of and is included in the Valley, Alabama Micropolitan Statistical Area, which is included in the Atlanta-Sandy Springs-Gainesville, GA-AL CSA Combined Statistical Area.
