On May 9, 1998 Mazza married businessman Alejandro Gravier, with whom she has four children: sons Balthazar (b. May 29, 1999), Tiziano (b. March 12, 2002), Benicio (b. February 23, 2005) and daughter Taína (b. April 22, 2008).
AFIP, the Argentinian tax authority, demanded in 2008 the couple for tax evasion.
