Valerie Sybil Wilmer (born 7 December 1941, Harrogate, England) is an internationally noted UK photographer, jazz historian and writer, also specializing in gospel, blues, and British African-Caribbean music and culture. She is the sister of the poet and writer Clive Wilmer.
