U.S. Route 641 (US 641) is a U.S. Route in Tennessee and Kentucky. It currently runs for 132 miles (212 km) from an interchange with I-40 near Holladay, Tennessee to an intersection with US 60 in Marion, Kentucky. While it is considered a spur route of U.S. Route 41, US 641 does not currently connect to it.
