Postgraduate Programs

The Faculty of Dentistry offers formal postgraduate programs leading to a specialty certificate and a Doctor of Clinical Dentistry (DClinDent) degree in the following areas:

  • Community Oral Health & Epidemiology
  • Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology and Oral medicine
  • Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
  • Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics
  • Pedodontics
  • Periodontics
  • Prosthodontics
  • Special needs dentistry

The Faculty also offers graduate programs in Restorative Dentistry, Anaesthesia & Sedation, Pain Management, and Implantology.

  • Master`s or PhD : Candidates who are interested in research and academia in oral life sciences may apply for Master`s or PhD degrees at Institute of Dental Research (IDR), located on level 2 Westmead Hospital.
