Curriculum
The MD program at USESOM is divided into eleven semesters. Semesters 1-4 are basic sciences semesters that are completed at the university's Sint Eustatius campus. Semester 5 (Introduction to Clinical Medicine and Physical Diagnosis and USMLE Review) is completed either at the Sint Eustatius campus or in Duluth, Georgia. The remaining six semesters are clinical rotations which take place in hospitals in the United States.
