It is part of the Ana G. Mendez University System and is integrated by seven campuses:

• University of Turabo at Barceloneta
• University of Turabo at Cayey
• University of Turabo at Gurabo - the main campus and usually referred to as the University of Turabo itself as it was the first campus and is the largest.
• University of Turabo at Isabela
• University of Turabo at Naguabo
• University of Turabo at Ponce
• University of Turabo at Yabucoa
