Campuses

As of October 2010, Uganda Martyrs University maintains campuses at the following locations:

The Main Campus
  • At Nkozi, about 84 kilometres (52 mi) southwest of Kampala, on the highway between Kampala and Masaka.
The Lubaga Campus
  • At Lubaga, in Lubaga Division, within the city limits of Kampala, on 3 acres (1.2 ha) of land. This campus houses the School of Diplomacy.
The Nsambya Campus
  • On the grounds of St. Francis Hospital Nsambya, on Nsambya Hill, in Makindye Division, in southern Kampala. This campus houses the newly created Uganda Martyrs University School of Medicine which, in 2010, started offering the Master of Medicine degree in General Surgery, Obstetrics & Gynecology, Internal Medicine and Pediatrics.
The Kabale Campus
  • In the southwestern Ugandan city of Kabale
The Moyo Campus
  • In the town of Moyo, in Northern Uganda, close to the border with Southern Sudan.
The Mbale Campus
  • In Mbale, in Eastern Uganda, at the foothills of Mount Elgon.
The Soroti Campus
  • In the town of Soroti, in Eastern Uganda.
The Mbarara Campus
  • In the city of Mbarara, in Western Uganda, approximately 295 kilometres (183 mi), by road, west of Kampala.
The Lira Campus
  • In Lira, in Northern Uganda, approximately 270 kilometres (170 mi), by road, north of Kampala.
The Kisubi Campus
  • Located at Kisubi, Wakiso District, the campus offers Bachelors degrees in Education
