The Subang Jaya Municipal Council Complex has a football turf and an athletic field in USJ 5.
There are a few futsal courts such as Sportsplanet, Ferro Futsal, HTO de futsal, De Stadium, etc. Also, there are many badminton, squash and tennis courts.
Golfers could enjoy the green in the Subang Racquet and Golf Club, Extreme Park in South Quay Bandar Sunway, Subang National Golf Club Glenmarie Golf & Country Club or Saujana Golf and Country Club.
There are many fitness centres in USJ and Subang Jaya such as True Fitness, Fitness First, Celebrity Fitness and etc.
