Spin-off
A spin-off named Padmasree Bharat Dr. Saroj Kumar was released on 14 January 2012. It is directed by a debutant named Sajin Raghavan. Sreenivasan plays the lead role and wrote the story, screenplay and dialogues of the film. Mamta Mohandas, Mukesh, etc. are the other actors.
