Famous quotes containing the words relations with, relations and/or holy:

    If one could be friendly with women, what a pleasure—the relationship so secret and private compared with relations with men. Why not write about it truthfully?
    Virginia Woolf (1882–1941)

    She has problems with separation; he has trouble with unity—problems that make themselves felt in our relationships with our children just as they do in our relations with each other. Lillian Breslow Rubin (20th century)

    O holy Child of Bethlehem!
    Descend to us, we pray;
    Phillips Brooks (1835–1893)
