Lawsuit
Hutomo Mandala Putra won a lawsuit against Garuda Indonesia for Rp.12.51 billion ($1.46 million) for material and immaterial damages. It is concerning with an article titled "A New Destination to Enjoy in Bali" (Pecatu) in the December 2009 of Garuda in-flight magazine which mentioned Tommy was a convicted murder on the footnote.
