FlightSafety International operates one of its training centers at TOL. The company provides training for fixed and rotary wing pilots, flight attendants, dispatchers, and maintenance technicians. FlightSafety serves both corporate (business aviation) and commercial customers. The FlightSafety International Training Center at Toledo Express Airport offers training programs in the Citation II, III, V, Ultra, Excel, X and Hawker 400XP aircraft. Differences training is offered for the Citation I, S/II, VII, Bravo, Encore, XLS, MU300 and Beechjet 400 models. The Center employs about 50 full time and part time employees.
Toledo Public Schools also operates a training center at the airport.
