Tina Gordon - Music

Music

Tina Gordon made it onto the Krabwalk Killaz music CD entitled "Wut I Say? Don't Talk" in 2008, but only in reference. With the songs "Go Tina Gordon on my track," and "Bedknobs and Broomsticks," her ability to influence the North-Florida hip hop scene was apparent. Tina Gordon had no knowledge of any collaboration.

Famous quotes containing the word music:

If mass communications blend together harmoniously, and often unnoticeably, art, politics, religion, and philosophy with commercials, they bring these realms of culture to their common denominator—the commodity form. The music of the soul is also the music of salesmanship. Exchange value, not truth value, counts.
    Herbert Marcuse (1898–1979)

The time was once, when thou unurged wouldst vow
That never words were music to thine ear,
That never object pleasing in thine eye,
That never touch well welcome to thy hand,
That never meat sweet-savored in thy taste,
Unless I spake, or looked, or touched, or carved to thee.
    William Shakespeare (1564–1616)

It was a poetic recreation to watch those distant sails steering for half-fabulous ports, whose very names are a mysterious music to our ears.... It is remarkable that men do not sail the sea with more expectation. Nothing was ever accomplished in a prosaic mood.
    Henry David Thoreau (1817–1862)
