In Denmark, Prime Minister Anders Fogh Rasmussen had red paint hurled at him for his pro-US stance shortly before a press conference. In the United Kingdom, Tony Blair survives a rebellion within his own party to win parliamentary support of war actions in Iraq. 159 Labour MPs voted against the government.
