Upcoming Conventions
TimeGate IX is scheduled to be held May 27-May 29, 2011 at the Holiday Inn Select, Atlanta-Perimeter. Guests scheduled to appear include:

- Doctor Who writer Ben Aaronovitch (Remembrance of the Daleks and Battlefield)

- Stargate: Atlantis Novelist Melissa Scott
- Former Doctor Who film editor and BBC writer / producer Louis Robinson
- Gateworld representative David Read
In addition to standard con fare like panels, movies, dealers, and a con suite, programming will include Q&A sessions; a masquerade; a cabaret featuring performances by our guests to raise money for Atlanta Habitat for Humanity; live video commentary on Doctor Who or Torchwood with Andrew Cartmel; a Doctor Who vs. Stargate human chess match; live music by Hyperdrive; dance; costume contest; and more. Given that three people who were there during "The Remembrance of the Daleks" story, we will certainly have something big planned for that!
