Thin Lizzy Discography
The following is a comprehensive discography of Thin Lizzy, an Irish hard rock band formed in Dublin, Ireland in 1969. The band was originally led by bassist, songwriter and singer Phil Lynott. They are best known for their songs "The Boys Are Back in Town", "Whiskey in the Jar" and "Jailbreak", all major international hits still played regularly on hard rock and classic rock radio stations.
Thin Lizzy continue to perform, but restrict themselves to playing live and not recording new material. The line-up now consists of longtime guitarist Scott Gorham, original drummer Brian Downey, keyboardist Darren Wharton, and three other members who were not present during the band's main recording career.

Famous quotes containing the word thin:
“You may build castles in the air, and fume, and fret, and grow thin and lean, and pale and ugly, if you please. But I tell you, no man worth having is true to his wife, or can be true to his wife, or ever was, or will be so.”
