The ground floor—housing a cafe, reading room, community classrooms & work spaces, a community exhibition space and an international contemporary art gallery—is the most public area in the warehouse. The first floor is home to the Design Department main offices, a large lecture space, a wood shop, and two small art galleries. Floor two is a climate-controlled storage space for the SU library. The third floor is home to the Advertising Design and Communications Design programs; the fourth floor is home to the CoLab, a collaborative art program; the fifth floor is home to the Industrial Design program; the sixth floor is the home to the Surface Pattern Design and Interior Design programs; and the seventh floor is home to the Fashion Design program. Part of Warehouse's basement contains spray booths, and a "dirty room" for messy projects.
