Famous quotes containing the words sydney and/or morning:
“You cant appreciate home till youve left it, money till its spent, your wife till shes joined a womans club, nor Old Glory till you see it hanging on a broomstick on the shanty of a consul in a foreign town.”
—O. Henry [William Sydney Porter] (18621910)
“The morning comes to consciousness
Of faint stale smells of beer
From the sawdust-trampled street
With all its muddy feet that press
To early coffee-stands.”
—T.S. (Thomas Stearns)
