The Streets at Southpoint is a shopping mall located in Durham, North Carolina, in the United States. It is located at the intersection of Interstate 40 and Fayetteville Road. Streets at Southpoint opened on March 8, 2002 and receives 1 million visitors per month. It is owned and managed by General Growth Properties and was developed by Urban Retail Properties. The mall has both an indoor and outdoor portion, and the outdoor portion features a movie theatre, Southpoint Cinemas.
