The Pen Centre (originally The Niagara Peninsula Shopping Centre) is the largest mall in the Niagara Region, located in St. Catharines, Ontario. At one point, The Pen was the fourth largest mall in Canada, with over one million square feet of floor space. Located next to the Highway 406, it features over 180 brand-name stores, three major department stores, a supermarket, six restaurants, a ten-screen movieplex, a ladies-only health club, and more recently, five big-box format stores. It also features the region's only H&M store. In addition, renovations have added more screens into the movieplex.

Famous quotes containing the words pen and/or centre:
“Translate a book a dozen times from one language to another, and what becomes of its style? Most books would be worn out and disappear in this ordeal. The pen which wrote it is soon destroyed, but the poem survives.”
—Henry David Thoreau (1817–1862)
“In the centre of his cage
The pacing animal
Surveys the jungle cove
And slicks his slithering wiles
To turn the venereal awl
In the livid wound of love.”
—Allen Tate (1899–1979)
