Wakeman Junior High The primary setting of the series.
Jana's bedroom The meeting spot of for every meeting of The Fabulous Five. This is where the girls gather to discuss boy issues, friend issues, and family issues. They also like to eat chips and drink soda while they are conducting their business.
The Movie Theater Movies are a Friday/Saturday night tradition.
Bumper's The official gathering spot for all of the Wakeman students after school and on the weekends. The owner is Mr. Matson, who is accommodating to Igor the iguana and the students' needs. For example, Bumper's served as campaign headquarters during Christie's run for class president. He also pretends that the jukebox is broken when Melanie wants to prove something to Shane. The booths in Bumper's are made from repainted amusement park bumper cars.
Mamma Mia's Pizzeria In the Taffy Sinclair series, this was the after school hangout. Jana and Randy had their first date here. It is only mentioned a few times in the series.
