CBS and DuMont
In 1953, Kovacs had an evening show by the same name on CBS Television. From April 1954 to April 1955, he also had a late-night talk show on the DuMont Television Network by this name. Kovacs began to refer to this latter show as The Ernie Kovacs Rehearsal in its final months. Of the DuMont-WABD version, three partial episodes and one complete episode are known to survive
