Although most of the participants originally appeared on either The Real World or Road Rules, The Challenge itself has introduced new participants as well. Numerous cast members have made their first appearances on The Challenge, most of whom debuted on: The Fresh Meat Challenge and The Fresh Meat II Challenge.
