Fitzgerald is Spawn/Al Simmons's former best friend and husband to his ex-wife, Wanda Blake. Together, he and Wanda have a daughter named Cyan. In the Spawn movie, Terry is played by D. B. Sweeney and his ethnicity is changed from African-American to Caucasian. In the Spawn animated series, Terry is voiced by Victor Love for the first seasons, and Michael Beach for the third season.
