Cloral /ˈklɔərəl/ is an almost entirely water-based territory. It has a tropical climate and is described to be the "paradise" of Halla. Water occupies about 99% of Cloral, whose human population lives on "habitats", or floating cities. This population has learned to use the water they live on in their inventions, coming up with efficient transport, water-based projectiles, and an advanced form of rebreather. One known land in Cloral (what is supposed to be a legend) is "Faar", an island brought up from the ocean floor late in The Lost City of Faar.
