Narrowcasting
There are currently five narrowcast services in Australia:
- GTV-35 (Broome - link)
- iTV-64 (Darwin - link)
- Norfolk TV (Norfolk Island)
- Westlink (Western Australia)
- Snowy Mountains Television (Jindabyne, New South Wales)
One of the five narrowcast services is Westlink, of which is available to satellite users throughout Australia, and is rebroadcast terrestrially in Bunbury and Albany. The service is funded by the Government of Western Australia and is primarily used for educational purposes but also for teleconferencing, training and corporate services.
