Tech Music School
Tech Music School (TMS) is a contemporary music school that trains students for the music industry in the following disciplines: drums, vocals, guitar, bass guitar, music production, songwriting and music business. It is currently situated in Acton, West London. The School will be moving to a £3 million purpose fitted building in Fulham, South West London, in the summer of 2013. TMS is part of the BIMM group - the largest contemporary music education provider in the UK across five locations London, Brighton, Bristol, Dublin and Manchester with over 2,000 students The school is known for its notable alumni, including Radiohead's Phil Selway and Ed O'Brien.
Tech Music School was the first UK institution to offer a BMus (Hons) degree in Popular Music, before this time BMus degrees were only available to classical musicians.
