Expansion
The expansion of Table Table as with Taybarns slowed during the recession of 2009/10 as the company sought to consolidate its position. Since April 2010 the company began expanding the Table Table brand further as it continued to enjoy the success of most profitable restaurant brand based on a number of sites. Although making one of the smallest profit for Whitbread Table Table was on average the second best performing throughout 2009 based on a site average following Taybarns. A number of new openings are planned for 2012 located next to Premier Inn's. Sites planned include a new site situated just north of Camborne, Cornwall.
The conversion of Brewers Fayres to Table Table has now come to an end following a successful relaunch of the Brewers Fayre brand and both brands are now expanding in their own markets.
The Table Table concept is to be continuously fresh with seasonal specials offered and changed on a daily basis.
