System Fan - Air Pressure & Air Flow

Air Pressure & Air Flow

Air pressure is most important for cooling. It indicates cooling power per unit area. If the diameter of a fan is constant, then more air pressure indicate more air flow. Simple relation of air flow with air pressure is, (dia*dia)*(air pressure*air pressure)/(100*28.51875)= Air flow (in CFM) Here, dia in mm(diameter of fan), air pressure in mmH2O

Famous quotes containing the words air, pressure and/or flow:

A straw vote only shows which way the hot air blows.
    O. Henry [William Sydney Porter] (1862–1910)

The universal social pressure upon women to be all alike, and do all the same things, and to be content with identical restrictions, has resulted not only in terrible suffering in the lives of exceptional women, but also in the loss of unmeasured feminine values in special gifts. The Drama of the Woman of Genius has too often been a tragedy of misshapen and perverted power.
    Anna Garlin Spencer (1851–1931)

    Flow, flow the waves hated,
    Accursed, adored,
    The waves of mutation:
    No anchorage is.
    Ralph Waldo Emerson (1803–1882)
