Sydney Institute of Language and Commerce, Shanghai University (SILC, 上海大学悉尼工商学院) was founded in 1996 in cooperation with the University of Technology, Sydney.
With its campus now located in the Shanghai suburb known as Jiading (嘉定) SILC teaches students mostly at diploma and bachelor degree level in subjects focusing on Finance, business and commerce. Whilst students are not English majors, they are taught mostly in English.
