In September 2010 it was announced that Sunway is partnering with Sri Lanka-based Dasa Tourist Complex Pte Ltd to develop a mixed-use project with an estimated value of RM250mil. SunwayMas will hold a 65% share of the development, while Dasa Tourist will have a 35% stake. The mixed development, in Colombo city, will comprise at least 318,000 sq ft (29,500 m2) of residential units and 60,000 sq ft (5,600 m2) of commercial unit space.
