Most notable subsidiaries located close to the headquarters in Bandar Sunway. These include two main hotels: Sunway Resort Hotel and Spa and the Pyramid Tower Hotel. Other tourism related facilities include the mega shopping and entertainment mall known as Sunway Pyramid, a theme park known as Sunway Lagoon and many beverage and entertainment outlets and other leisure facilities. Bandar Sunway also includes higher education facilities such as Monash University. Formerly known as Monash University Sunway Campus Malaysia Sdn Bhd., Sunway Group is the part owner of the Campus. Monash University Malaysia is a private tertiary institution catering mainly to local students. The Sunway Group is also the parent company of this Sunway University College which provides homegrown university degrees and diplomas to Malaysian students. The Sunway Group is also the parent company of Totalrubber Ltd, an industrial plastics and rubber supplier based in Hallam, Australia.
