Group Structure
The parent company of Sunway Group is Sunway Holdings Incorporated Berhad. It is listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad since 16 February 1984. It changed its name from Sunway Holdings Sdn Bhd (SWH) to Sungei Way Holdings Berhad on 13 February 1983 and assumed its present name on 23 December 1999.
The other publicly listed subsidiary includes Sunway Infrastructure Berhad and Sunway City Berhad. The main activities of Sunway Infrastructure Berhad is managing toll road concessions and Sunway City Berhad manages portfolio of property and real estate investments.
