Organisation
The company is divided in four main divisions:
- Sulzer Pumps - Pumping systems (It produces centrifugal pumps and agitators/mixers for the Oil, Hydrocarbon, Paper, Power Generation, Water, Food, Metals and Fertilizer industries at a global scale)
- Sulzer Metco - Services and products for thermal spray and thin film surface technologies and also turbine & transmission components
- Sulzer Chemtech - Components and services for separation columns and static mixing
- Sulzer Turbo Services - Service and repair of thermal turbomachinery, also manufactures spares for turbines and rotating electrical equipment.
Sulzer also operates Innotec, a small R&D division.
The Sulzer Ltd shares are registerd at the SIX Swiss Exchange.
The following shareholders hold in excess of 3% of the share capital of Sulzer Ltd: Renova-Group 31.20% 10 689 797 shares June 2, 2009 (last notification date)
