Sudan Sunrise’s Board of Directors has nine members and includes its current Chairman, political pollster and best selling author John Zogby, Dr. Witney Schneidman, a former Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs under the Clinton Administration, and Ezekiel Gatkuoth, who currently serves as the Head of Mission at the Embassy of South Sudan in Washington, DC. Sudan Sunrise also has a Board of Advisors that has eight members, and includes the United States Institute of Peace (USIP) Sudan Program Director Jonathan Temin, the Founder and President of the Foundation for Relief and Reconciliation in the Middle East, Reverend Canon Andrew White (clergyman), and abolitionsit and author Francis Bok, who also serves as a Sudan Sunrise Project Director.
