Stuart Holland
Stuart Kingsley Holland (born 25 March 1940) is a British Labour politician and academic.
He represented the Vauxhall constituency in Lambeth, London from 1979 until 1989, when he applied for the Chiltern Hundreds to take up a post at the European University Institute, Florence. He held the post of the Chiltern Hundreds for 5 years and 247 days the longest period the post has been held for since its creation in 1850. He currently teaches at the Faculty of Economics, University of Coimbra, Portugal.
