Steven H. Levinson

Steven H. Levinson (born June 8, 1946) of Cincinnati, Ohio was Associate Justice of the Hawaii State Supreme Court. Levinson served his first term from 1992 to 2002. He was serving his second term from 2002 to 2012 when he suddenly resigned in December 2008. Levinson's resignation came shortly before the release of Hawaii Governor Ben Cayetano's autobiography (pgs 437-442) in which he names Levinson as illegally conspiring with "Broken Trust" Bishop Estate trustee Gerald Jervis.
